Hi, my name is Tami Lee. I am the Chief Nursing Officer at Lancaster Regional Medical Center. I have been in nursing for over ten years. I have dual masters degrees in nursing and business administration (MSN & MBA) as well as a certification in nursing administration from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

We are committed to our patients and our employees and offer some flexible scheduling plans to fit anyone’s life style. We offer numerous float pool options and a weekend program option!

A lot of changes will be rolled out in 2008! We will be implementing a Clinical Ladder Program and Shared Governance Program! Nurses will be actively involved in decision-making that affects their bedside care. Who better to make the decisions about patient care than the nurses?

12 hour shifts (0700-1930 or 1900-0730)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
One minor, One major holiday per year
$32.00 day shift (0700-1930)
$36.00 night shift (1900-0730)
Extra shifts paid at base pay (determined by years of experience)

New RN Float Pool Program

Plan A $30.00/hour
16 hours pay
8 hours weekend time/month
8 hours off shift/month
1 holiday/year

Plan B $33.00/hour unit specific, $34.00/hour float
24 hours pay
16 hour weekend time/month
16 hours off shift/month
1 holiday/year

Plan C $36.00/hour
Critical Care or Med/Surg Float
32 hours pay
24 hours weekend time/month
16 hours off shift/month
Holiday 1 major & 1 minor

Plan D $42.00/hour
Critical Care or Med/Surg Float
48 hours pay
24 hours weekend time/month
24 hours off shift/month

New LPN Float Pool Program

Plan A $18.00/hour
Unit Specific
16 hours pay
8 hours weekend time/month
8 hours off shift/month
1 major holiday every other year and 1 minor holiday every other year (alternate between major & minor holidays)

Plan B $25.00/hour
Med/Surg Float
24 hours pay
16 hours weekend time/month
16 hours off shift/month
1 major holiday every other year and 1 minor holiday every other year (alternate between major & minor holidays)
